New Work
Here's a look at a few of my newest paintings. Some of my florals are becoming more impressionistic and abstract, involving blocks of overlapping color, especially those on wood blocks or panels. I'm also experimenting with color combos. Nothing is off the table, metaphorically and figuratively speaking. My figurative work also continues to evolve, especially my interest in presenting feminine figures. These figures are often alone in an undisclosed or ambiguous landscape, leaving viewers to interpret the scene, the sentiment and the portrayal for themselves.
